7/26/2017 – Hi again – I’m looking to hopefully by the end of August begin redoing the site with a fresh look and new features, hopefully to be done sometime before the end of September. This includes a new design, appearance, scorekeeping (hopefully with live leaderboards) and more. Keep an eye out! Also I will be removing the Flash quizzes and geography quizzes that aren’t using Google Maps by then (remaking some of them after the remodel) to make the site more clean and organized.

Directions

Name the 50 pairs of World capitals which are the farthest apart yet are in countries which share a border (dependencies included). Enter pairs by typing one capital after the other in either order, i.e. ‘washingtonparis’. 51-100 will fill in but are not counted. You can clear the answer you are typing at any time by typing a period.

Humm… why aren’t results 51-100 accounted for the score? Also, hardest/missed lists have an “undefined” field thought they’re working fine.

lists should be good now – i left the 51-100 in as people may want to know when they got close but no quite on these capital distance quizzes.

Ah ok… perhaps leaving out the last 20 or so would be enough. The way it is 50% of our guesses go to waste.

If only the Diomedes were connected… Can anyone tell me what the distance is between Washington DC and Moscow?
