For quizzes with at least 250 answers, I’ve now added a confirm pop-up box if you accidentally click ‘back’ or load a page – basically anything that will leave the current quiz page. This way you won’t get stuck leaving a quiz accidentally. This dialog box only appears when the quiz is running.
