First choose the number of cities by typing ’50’, ‘100’, ‘250’, or ‘all’ – then try to achieve the highest population among Europe 10K+ double letter cities you chose. Double letter refers to the city name containing two letters in a row (not separated by a space or other punctuation). Tried to use most common English spellings.

Also, Den Haag is way bigger than some of the cities on the 540 city game, and it is not accepted.

I don’t get it. I chose 50, and Maastricht is not on there, while the smaller Heerlen is. Am I misunderstanding the game?

Populations are from here:
https://citypopulation.de/en/netherlands/cities/
Netherlands uses urban centres to count with their census.
