I have created the first Premium members-only quiz, World Google Street View Country Streak Challenge. The reason this is members-only is it costs money to run these Street View quizzes, not much for the previous ones but for this it can add up. There will only be a handful of these members-only quizzes, but to play them you will need to become a hugequiz Premium member.
I've set the site to remember a user being logged in indefinitely now, so unless you explicitly logout from your session you shouldn't have to login again. This only applies on a per device basis I believe.
