Name all US Combined Statistical Areas in the 50 states. They are typically named after the largest city but occasionally with a 2nd or 3rd largest city, which are also accepted answers. The OMB defines a Core Based Statistical Area as a grouping of adjacent metropolitan and/or micropolitan statistical areas (MSAs).

Being by entering one of the following 100+ US metro areas below by simply typing the name followed by a period (i.e. 'Chicago.'). Then, name all the places that make up that metropolitan statistical area. This quiz includes all places, so even CDP's, towns, villages, etc. Object is highest percentage of total population, not number of places.
