First choose a century by typing a first year of the century (centuries for this quiz begin in the years divisible by 100, not in 1901, 1801, etc.) from ‘-2000.’ to ‘2000.’ – you must have a ‘.’ (period) at the end of the century. Then, name the 100 most famous people according to the MIT Pantheon Project who were born in that century. Occupation, year of birth, and country of birth (based on present countries, if known) shown. For example, typing ‘1800.’ will choose people born from 1800 to 1899.

Occupation is based on Pantheon’s occupation classification – obviously many people can fit into multiple occupations, but only one is assigned to each person.
