hugequiz Premium members can now choose a custom population threshold on all the population coverage quizzes, such as World 50K+ Population Coverage - this allows you to practice for up to 3 hours with any population figure you want ranging from easier than beginner to harder than expert.

I'm rolling out a new 'custom coverage' option for hugequiz Premium members. Members can now choose a 'custom' distance for the three main coverage quizzes, instead of just the four levels of beg thru exp. Visit one of the three quizzes below to see how it works in the directions. Scores are not saved for these custom coverage quizzes. Look for this to be expanded to other geography quizzes soon.

All regular city coverage quizzes now have this feature for Premium members - no lat/long or closest/population coverage quizzes yet, just the standard city coverages.

The New & Popular Quizzes page now will show the top 50 newest quizzes and top 25 most popular by category, instead of 25/10 before.

If you are not a Premium member, you will now notice ads on individual quiz pages. I will be experimenting with them for at least 2-3 months. If they work well, this will allow me to open up more Google Maps quizzes more of the time to non-Premium members.

I will not know for about 2-3 months how much revenue they will generate and at that time will decide about allowing Google Maps quizzes more often to non-members. I doubt I will open up all Google Maps quizzes all of the time, however.

And of course, hugequiz Premium members will never see ads.
