the last decade before roids really took off. in the next decade you get a bunch of roid guys which also brings in the first really consistent Latin american presence. then an interesting thing happens as the roids are cracked down on – the Latin players suddenly dominate the lists, bc they are still cheating while everyone else has mostly stopped.
