These places are actually Portugal ‘localities’ – in Portugal the term ‘city’ is given only to certain localities over 8000 population depending on a number of things, so actually many smaller answers are not ‘cities’ in the Portuguese sense but match what a city would be in other countries, so that is why I used ‘localities’ for this quiz as ‘cities.’
