Fill in the 100 squares with Russian cities based on the categories in the top row and the federal district given in the cell. For example, if you are looking at a cell with ‘Siberian’ in its row, and ‘Starts With O’ in the column, that cell can be filled in with ‘Omsk.’

Breaking it down into the 80+ Federal States would’ve made the quiz too difficult.
