Choose a level by typing ‘beg’, ‘int’, ‘adv’, or ‘exp’ – then name ANY (doesn’t have to be the largest) Russian city within each square. Beg level is 10 degree squares, int is 5 degrees, adv 2 degree, and exp 1 degrees.

btw why aren’t Tura (Krasnoyarsk Krai) and Oymyakon included?

i’ve been using cities/urban settlements from citypopulation.de for Russia. I think I will add the ‘Places’ including the rural villages, etc shortly.
