UK 1K+ Latitude Coverage Challenge

Directions

First choose a difficulty by typing ‘beg’, ‘int’, ‘adv, or ‘exp’ – Beginner is 0.5 degrees latitude, Intermediate 0.25 degrees, Advanced 0.1 degrees, and Expert 0.05 degrees. Then, enter 1K+ population cities and all 1K+ population cities within that latitude will automatically fill in.

HOWEVER – for this quiz you can enter any 1K+ city for your first choice, but successive cities must be already within a blue band for you to answer them, so you must ‘expand’ the blue area in the north and south directions, you can’t start a new blue band with a gap away from a currently blue shaded area.

POPULATION RANGE: (such as 250-500K) means the city has that range for its population.
2+ WORDS means the city name has 2 or more words (words denoted by a space or hyphen).

At the end of the quiz the largest population missed answer will show in each range.

How are you supposed to make it to the channel islands and Shetland

Why did they make it impossible to get every city? there are 2 of them on shetland islands that you cant access
