US Counties 10×10 Blackout
DirectionsFill in the 100 squares with US counties (or county equivalents) based on the categories in the top row and the state given in the cell. For example, if you are looking at a cell with ‘CA’ in its row, and ‘Starts With R’ in the column, that cell can be filled in with ‘Riverside.’
Occasionally a cell may not have a qualifying answer, in which case it will appear blank and be a gimme.

Quiz Takers 
Where are you getting your county sizes from? Example: 4th to 1th largest county in Oklahoma. Comanche works as an answer but according to wikipedia it is 15th. Beaver & LeFlore counties did not work and they are 5th & 6th. Had this issue iwth other states too.
It’s by population.
Had to google the CT answers. Your answers are planning districts, not the counties. These are not “county equivalents” since CT actually has counties.
CT did away with those counties when it started using these. See for example https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capitol_Planning_Region,_Connecticut
