After typing ‘start’ to begin you will be given Google satellite view zoomed in near the center of 20 different European 10K+ population cities. The view will start being zoomed in fully and zoom out every 3 seconds. Name the country you are in by typing it (some abbreviations accepted). The faster you answer, the more points you get. Max of 25 points per location. NOTE: No country will be used more than once, you will get 20 different countries.

UK Circle Radius Population Challenge

The object of this quiz is to adjust each circle's radius so it contains the target population shown at the right. When you click Start you will be shown a marker on a random UK output area (there are over 200K output areas - also called Data Zones in Scotland and N Ireland - across the UK, the smallest census tabulation area). NUMBER RANGE: (such as 2-5, 10+) means the city contains that many letters (excluding spaces and special characters).
POPULATION RANGE: (such as 250-500K) means the city has that range for its population.
2+ WORDS means the city name has 2 or more words (words denoted by a space or hyphen).

At the end of the quiz the largest population missed answer will show in each range.

Note – this quiz zooms out every 3 instead of 5 seconds and the scoring is more difficult too, just because Europe is a bit easier on this type of quiz.
