Name every word in the 10,000 most common which is spelled in alphabetical order, i.e. each successive letter comes after or is the same as the previous (i.e. if they were 10K most common words, abcde would be an answer, abced would not). For words of 3 or fewer letters, first letter shown, for 4+ letters length is also given. Object of game is most letters (you get one for each letter in a word you answer), not most words.

5-Letter Word Scramble Daily Challenge

Each day at midnight US Central Time, you'll get a new set of 5 unique letters. Your goal is to form as many valid words as possible (from the official Scrabble word list) using only those letters. You don't need to use all the letters, but no others are allowed.

Example (letters: abelp): valid words include peal, babble, bell, etc.

Longer words (8+ letters) earn time bonuses. Points are awarded by word length:

1-letter: 1 pt

2-letter: 2 pts

3-letter: 3 pts

4-letter: 4 pts

5-letter: 5 pts

6-letter: 7 pts

7-letter: 9 pts

8-letter: 12 pts

9-letter: 16 pts

10-letter: 20 pts

11-letter: 30 pts

12-letter: 40 pts

13-letter: 50 pts

keep in mind from the directions these are only words in the top 10k so those didn’t make it.
