Name Europe’s 100 highest summits according to prominence…Prominence is the elevation of a summit relative to the highest point to which one must descend before reascending to a higher summit. Think of it as the height of a mountain relative to the closest higher mountain. So a mountain that is the highest of anything nearby will have a high prominence, while nearby mountains that are close but not as tall will have a relatively low prominence. Do not type in leading words such as ‘Mount’, ‘Mt’, etc. Includes Canary Islands.

UK Circle Radius Population Challenge

The object of this quiz is to adjust each circle's radius so it contains the target population shown at the right. When you click Start you will be shown a marker on a random UK output area (there are over 200K output areas - also called Data Zones in Scotland and N Ireland - across the UK, the smallest census tabulation area). Also you will see an adjustable circle of radius 100 km to start. Adjust the circle's radius by dragging it until it contains the target number of people shown - this target will be between 25K and 5 million people. Then click submit. You are scored on how close your circle's population is to the target. Circle population is tallied by totaling all output areas within that circle.

NOTE - This quiz does NOT include any people in Ireland or other countries outside the UK, you are only trying to total the target number of people within the UK.
