Europe 1st Level Administrative Divisions
DirectionsName the 1st level divisions (or a reasonable equivalent if there technically isn’t a first level division) of the countries of Europe.
PLEASE NOTE: Only those divisions which lie at least partially within Europe geographically are included, so no Madeira, Canary Islands, etc as well as no Turkish/Russian divisions which are fully within Asia.
