MLB Teammates Home Runs Challenge

Directions

The object of this quiz is to list up to 16 total MLB players with the highest total career HR. You can name any player to start, however successive players must have been a teammate of the previously chosen player. Teammates means the two players both had a PA in the same game since 1901. You must enter full names, not just last names.

For example, you can start with ‘Mark McGwire’ and then name ‘Jose Canseco’ – then you can name any career teammate of Canseco (except for McGwire), and so on, trying to accumulate the most total home runs among all 16 players (or less if you run out of time).

Love this! But shouldn’t Frank Thomas – Jose Canseco be allowed, for Canseco’s time with the White Sox in 2001 and Thomas from 90-05?

Wow! You are right, but this makes the game even harder! I thought I’d have the lead with that connection! I guess Thomas got hurt and the Sox picked up Canseco.
