The object of this quiz is to name the country with the shortest shared border to the current shown country on the grid. You begin with the first (upper left) cell showing a country. Each country shown will have at least 2 other countries which have a land border with it (bridges not included). Name the country which borders this country for the shortest distance. For example, if the shown country is Russia, you are trying to name a country which borders Russia and whose border with Russia is shorter than any other country’s border with Russia. Enter countries by typing the country name followed by a ‘.’ to submit. Naming a country which doesn’t border the current country will result in 0 points. 100 points corresponds to the country with the shortest border, and points decrease based on the border distance compared to the shortest shared border.

As you complete countries a new country will be shown and your score on the previous country will display. Complete all 25 countries to end the quiz. Only countries which border another are able to be submitted as answers.
