Are these only American authors?
No but the standards for the lists are unknown – Wikipedia mentions that’s why they don’t know why the Harry Potter books aren’t included. So I’m not sure the reasoning.
What does “US best-selling novels” mean? Is it novels that sold the best in the US or novels from the US that sold the best?
