Using last names, or occasionally a more common name, name the athletes on Forbes highest paid athletes lists since 1990. Note that the # of athletes per year changes, as did the methodology – at first it was just an athletes list, then it became athletes pulled from the annual Celebrity 100 list, then back to a purely separate athletes list. There was no list for 2001 as Forbes changed the time period during the year when earnings were calculated.
