The object of this game is to fill all 25 squares in the grid by naming players who who played for the teams listed across the top and were the heights listed in the cells, trying to name players of each height who scored the most points while they played for that team. You MUST enter full player names, last names won’t cut it (makes it a bit too easy).
Points are only FOR THAT TEAM and FOR THE PLAYER’S CAREER (i.e. not an individual season, that player’s entire career with that team). So if the top line has the Hawks and the cell shows 6’6″ you are looking for 6’6″ players who scored the most points for the Hawks during their entire time with the Hawks.
Points are based on a maximum of 100 for the player with the most points for that team at that height. Scores are declining based on the number of points relative to the player who had the most.
Heights are from basketball-reference.com – I realize there are discrepancies sometimes with exact heights but these are all from the same source.
If you name a player who has multiple answers on the grid, only the one with the highest points will fill in first – you can then reanswer that same player if you’d like for other squares.
Teams and heights are randomized each time quiz is loaded. Occasionally a cell may not have a qualifying answer in which case it will appear blank and be a gimme.
hugequiz Premium members will see missed answers in red. Missed answers will be the player with the most points for that team who qualifies for that cell.
