If you guess the largest city it will be based on the ratio of the 2nd largest city's population to the largest.

At the end of the quiz the 2nd largest city will show in each unanswered square, and for those answered the 2nd largest city will be listed next to your score if you didn't answer it.

@Jameson– this quiz is a list of the top 10 cities that contain each letter of the alphabet by population. So, since NEW YORK is the most populous city in the country, it will be #1 for N, E, W, Y, O, R, and K. Similarly, AZUSA in California is not a top 10 for A, U, or S, but it is in the top 10 for Z. Hope this helps!
