Lily Tomlin should count- she performed as her character, Purvis Hawkins. I’m not sure if Deion Sanders should count- he wasn’t billed as musical guest, Bon Jovi was. He did perform a song, but if he counts others who did the same should, like Johnny Cash. Chevy Chase performed with Tom Scott on his 1980 episode.
