Directions

Name the word given the dictionary definition. After 5 seconds the first letter will display, after 10 the last letter, and after 15 the second letter. A small percentage of words are typically spelled with a hyphen – leave it out (it is not counted in the word length). You can type ‘.’ at any time during a word to clear the answer box (to save time backspacing an incorrect guess). Definitions chosen at random from over 5000 different words. Points based on time to answer and word length. You are given up to 50 total words.

Each day at midnight US Central Time, you'll get a new set of 5 unique letters. Your goal is to form as many valid words as possible (from the official Scrabble word list) using only those letters. You don't need to use all the letters, but no others are allowed.

Example (letters: abelp): valid words include peal, babble, bell, etc.

Longer words (8+ letters) earn time bonuses. Points are awarded by word length:

1-letter: 1 pt

2-letter: 2 pts

3-letter: 3 pts

4-letter: 4 pts

5-letter: 5 pts

6-letter: 7 pts

7-letter: 9 pts

8-letter: 12 pts

9-letter: 16 pts

10-letter: 20 pts

11-letter: 30 pts

12-letter: 40 pts

13-letter: 50 pts
